Systems:

General Overview:

  • Faster Gold Drip.

  • Death Timers reduced in the mid-game due to faster XP gains.

  • XP Required to Level up decreased (Level 18 can be 1-3m faster to hit, depending on match).

  • Less comeback Kill XP on Targets with a 1-2 Level lead to prevent as extreme XP catch up (primarily in the case of Carries/Junglers).

  • Higher XP Penalty when Killing lower Level targets to mitigate snowballing.

Gold Drip:

  • Gold gained per second increased from 2.2 to 3.

  • Gold Drip start time increased from 78s to 85s.

Death Timers:

  • Death Timers at levels 1-18 changed from 11/13/14/16/18/21/25/28/31/35/39/40/42/44/44/45/45/46 to 11/13/14/16/19/22/25/28/31/34/36/38/40/42/44/45/46/47.

Experience:

Experience Share:

  • Duo Split XP decreased from 62% to 61%.

Level-up Experience:

  • Experience required for level up changed from 300 (+105 per level) to 300 (+90 per level) at Levels 1-12, (+100 per Level) at Levels 12-15, (+150) at Level 15, (+200) at Level 16, (+250) at Level 17.

Kill Experience:

  • Kill Comeback Experience based on +/- 4 Level difference changed from -60%/-45%/-30%/-15%/0%/15%/30%/45%/60%... to -80%/-65%/-50%/-25%/0%/10%/22%/40%/70%...

  • Kill Experience at Levels 1-18 changed from 30/75/125/175/230/290/365/450/560/615/670/725/780/835/890/945/1000/1055 to 30/70/110/165/215/275/335/405/460/505/555/605/660/715/770/840/950/1100.

Structures:

General Overview:

  • Structures penetrate more armor.

  • Inner Towers grant more Global Gold.

Outer Tower:

  • Damage increased from 130 (+10 per Level) to 130 (+12 per Level).

  • Percent Armor Penetration increased from 30% to 40%.

Inner Tower:

  • Global Gold increased from 100 to 125.

  • Health increased from 4000 to 5000.

  • Damage increased from 154 (+12 per Level) to 160 (+12 per Level).

  • Percent Armor Penetration increased from 30% to 40%.

Inhibitor:

  • Percent Armor Penetration increased from 30% to 40%.

Core:

  • Damage increased from 300-360 to 330–400.

  • Physical Armor Penetration increased from 20% to 30%.

Minions:

General Overview:

  • Minions move slower in the early game.

  • Minions are more durable in the early game.

  • Minions deal more damage in the early game.

  • Minion wave bounce behaviour improved slightly through tuning to prevent cases of abnormal extended freezes.

  • Minion Execute values increased for Melee and Ranged by 1-3% to Account for removal of Bonus damage on Crests, and changes to general durability (Last hitting difficulty is around the same.)

  • Minion XP scales harder into the late game.

  • Minion Gold increased due to Gold Drip increases.

General:

Melee Minions:

  • Gold increased from 26 to 28.

Super Minions:

  • Gold at Levels 1-15 changed from 60 (+3 per Level) to 70/73/76/79/82/85/88/91/94/97/100/105/110/115/120.

  • XP increased from 140 to 140/170 at 0/25m+.

  • Health increased from 1280 (+140 per Level) 1420 (+150 per Level).

  • Physical Armor decreased from 36 (+1 per Level) to 32 (+1 per Level).

  • Magical Armor decreased from -60 to -65.

  • Damage increased from 150 (+4 per Level) to 170 (+5 per Level).

Jungle:

General:

  • All Jungle Monsters have had their Stats and Scalings adjusted to meet the new power curve of Heroes.

  • First Clear Speed and Healthiness may change for individual Heroes (average full clear speed around 3:15-3:20).

  • Level-up timings such as the Camps required for Level 3 or 4 remain the same.

  • Jungle Camps now Level Up their Stats linearly with each Level, rather than every 2 Levels, providing a smoother difficulty curve (with the exception of Level 2 where they receive a larger Health increase to account for 1st recall power spikes).

  • Jungle Monsters still stop gaining Stats after Level 11.

  • Jungle XP now scales variably higher every 2 Levels from Levels 1-15 as a match goes on, rather than linearly. Junglers will Gain Less XP mid-game, but have access to more XP late-game.

  • Camp “Leaders” assigned, allowing stacking Items to gain 2x stacks from the Largest Monster in a Camp.

  • Orb Prime Buff Damage and Regens nerfed.

  • Orb Prime Blight Debuff reduced.

  • River Buff Health increased from 150 to 200.

Camp Leaders:

Camps now have a designated “Camp Leader”. This is the largest Monster in the Camp for Generic camps with more than one Monster, or the Monster itself in the case of camps with only 1 Monster. While this doesn’t change gameplay much currently, in future we can use this mechanic to reward players in different ways.

Camp Leaders now grant double stacks when killed to the following Items:

  • First Monster Bonus XP decreased from 150 to 140.

  • Burn Bonus Physical Power Scaling increased from 8% to 10%.

  • Burn Magical Power Scaling decreased from 10% to 8%.

  • Burn Bonus Physical Armor Scaling increased from 7.5% to 10%.

  • Burn Bonus Magical Armor Scaling increased from 7.5% to 10%.

Buffs:

Orb Prime:

  • Health increased from 12000 (+340 per level) to 14000 (+350 per level).

  • Physical Armor decreased from 90 (+4 per level) to 90 (+3 per level)

  • Magical Armor changed from 70 to 60 (+1 per level)

  • Blight Debuff On-Hit decreased from 60% to 40%.

  • Damage Reduction Debuff Duration decreased from 2s to 1.5s.

  • Orb Prime Buff Damage Amp decreased from 20% to 15%.

  • Orb Prime Buff Missing Health Regeneration decreased from 2% to 1.5%.

  • Orb Prime Buff Missing Mana Regeneration decreased from 2% to 1.5%.

Mini Prime:

  • Health increased from 5200 (+500 per level) to 5500 (+500 per level).

  • Physical Armor increased from 40 (+1 per level) to 45 (+1 per level).

  • Magical Armor increased from 20 to 25.

  • Magical Armor on average is 15-20% lower to offset Health gains.

  • Base Health Regen is 20-50% higher on average.

  • Base Physical Power is 15-20% higher on average.

  • Attack Speed growths are 20% lower on average.
